In 2007,the artist Guillermo Vargas Habacuc took a dog, tied it from a wall in a gallery of art and let it die, slowly, famished and athirst while the guests were looking and were admiring this thing. No, the asociation Biennale Centroamericana di Arte decided that, what the artist above did, was art and proposed this to be realised again in 2008.
